I Do-Bridal Exchange and Return Policy

 

 

I Do-Bridal.com, wants you to be satisfied with your wedding purchase. I Do-Bridal will offer you an exchange or refund, if the preceding conditions are followed and meet:

 

1. No refunds after the wedding date.

 

2. Personalized item (s) and Special Orders can not be returned.

Products that have been engraved, embroidered, personalized, special ordered items or special ordered colored jewelry are not eligible for return or refund, except where provided for within our return policy for Damaged or Defective Products.

 

3. The item (s) cannot be used:

4. The item (s) that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect cannot be exchange or refunded.

5. The item (s) must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.  Plastic wrapping and boxes should be returned unopened and undamaged.  

 

6. A request for an RMA number must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. No RMA authorization numbers will be given after this 15 day time period. Return packages must have a clearly marked RMA authorization number on it or it will not be accepted at the warehouse and will be returned at the shippers expense.

 

7. You must return the item (s) 15 days after receiving the RMA authorization number. No returned packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all items via FedEx, UPS, DHL or insured United States Parcel Service (USPS). These shipping methods allow for compensation and tracking of damaged or lost packages. I Do-Bridal will not assume responsibility for damaged or lost packages.

 

8. Please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt.

 

Personalized item (s) and Special Orders Are Not Returnable.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned item(s).

  3. Free shipping returns will be charge a flat shipping charge of $7.95 for the return.

  4. If an item(s) is returned without a RMA number a 30% restocking fee will apply.  If a item(s) is returned with a RMA after the 15 days a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  5. Refused shipments and unauthorized returns will be charged a  30% restocking fee in addition to inbound and out bound freight charges.

 

Defective or Damaged Item(s):

We guarantee all of our item(s) to be free from workmanship and factory and defects, we try to inspect all item(s) before they are shipped. If any item is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will provide an exchange or refund, provided the conditions listed in our return policy are met. Damaged personalized items will be exchanged for the same personalized item. No refunds on personalized items.

 

Personalized Item(s):

Item(s) that have been embroidered, engraved,  special ordered items, colored jewelry or special order jewelry are not eligible for exchange or  refund, except where provided for within our return policy for "Damaged or Defective Products."

 

How to request a RMA authorization  number:

 

A RMA authorization numbers must be requested on all returns, exchanges, or  to replace any item(s) purchased from I DO-BRIDAL.Com. You must request a RMA authorization number within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please e-mail us for a  RMA authorization number at Customercare1@ido-bridal.com.  In the e-mail please included your name, order number, product, reason for return and your e-mail address, . Once you have received your RMA authorization number,  mark the RMA authorization number clearly on the shipping box you are returning and not on any of the item(s). Don't use the item(s) as your shipping box.  Please be aware that no returns will be accepted without a clearly marked RMA authorization number. Please be sure to read and follow our return policy.
