Do you have a catalog?

I Do-Bridal does not print a catalog of there products at this time. In order to offer our customers the most recent and the best lines of wedding accessories we constantly add new products and remove products that do not sale well, this is why we do not offer a catalog. Our online bridal shop is our catalog.  If you are looking for a specific product (s) that is not yet featured on our website or that has disappeared, please contact us about it's availability. We work with many vendors and should be able to offer you the product (s) that you are looking for.

Sidebar Shopping Cart

We offer a sidebar shopping cart that is viewable on every page.  When you click the "Buy" button the item is placed in the shopping cart. You can view and edit this shopping cart at any time.  You can view any of the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the name of the item. You can edit items by using the following three options. Use the "Update Cart" button if you would like to change the quantity of the item. If you would like to delete a item from your shopping cart put a check in the box next to the item and click the "Remove Item" button. Use the "Clear Cart" button if you would like to remove all items from your shopping cart.  The shopping cart also calculates shipping rates. On the sidebar shopping cart you enter your zip code in the box and click the "Calculate Shipping" button to get shipping rates.  Every time a item is added to the shopping cart the shipping cost will be recalculated.

How Do I Order?

Click the "buy" button by the items that you want.  The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can edit the shopping cart at any point in time.  When you are finished shopping , select the "Check Out" button. You will be asked  to fill out the order form (your name, address, method of payment, etc.).  You will than be given the opportunity to evaluate your order and make any changes. When you are complete with your order pick the "place Order" Button.  We will confirm your order via e-mail.  This online ordering system is totally secure.

When Will I Receive My Order?

On average, most orders are completed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days or less. This time may increase during peak bridal season  May-August. The shipping method we use is based on each item's vendor warehouse  (UPS, FedEx, Air Borne, DHL, USPS) . Delivery generally takes 4 - 9 business days. We also offer upgraded shipping. Some orders take longer due to engraving (especially during peak bridal season), or stock availability. A selection of our items are ordered from the manufacturer according to need, which may take a few extra days. To hold shipping costs down we try to ship orders complete, so we will hold your order until all items, such as those including personalization, and backorders are complete.

Shipping Information

We use real- time shipping from FedEx.  This allows our customers to get the best rates possible.  On the sidebar shopping cart you enter your zip code in the box and click the "Calculate Shipping" button to get shipping rates.  Every time an item is added to the shopping cart the shipping cost will be recalculated. Our usual shipping method are UPS Ground Service, FedEx, Air Borne, DHL and USPS at our discretion. We cannot accept P.O. Boxes for a shipping address for UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We also offer upgraded shipping.

Shipping Rates

If we make a mistake, or your item is damaged, we will be happy to refund your shipping charges. We do not refund shipping in any other situation, including product returns or refused shipments.  Refused shipments will be charged a 30% restocking fee in addition to inbound and out bound freight charges.

International Shipments
International shipping is currently unavailable.

Damaged Items

We work hard to deliver your merchandise to you safely. If an item is damaged in shipping, please e-mail us at mailto:Customrcare1@IDo-Bridal.com within 48 hours for a return authorization and instructions. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge. Engraved items which are damaged will be replaced with the exact same product with the exact same engraving, no exceptions.

Order Processing

Our staff is enthusiastic about providing you with the maximum level of service possible. Once a order is  placed  you will receive an order verification and confirmation via e-mail. We then enter and review your credit card information and confirm your order. If we have any questions we will contact you and wait on a reply before entering your order or charging your credit card. Our goal is to have all orders processed in  24 hours after receiving them.

When Do You Charge My Credit Card?

Is My Credit Card and Personal Information Safe?

When you make a purchase at I Do-Bridal, our server uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL 128-Bit) for ensuring total online transitions security.  SSL is the industry measure for computers to communicate securely without risk of manipulation, data interception, or recipient impersonation by encrypting the information sent through the Internet. IDo-Bridal.com will use SSL encryption for all its online transactions.

Personal customer information is confidential will not be disclosed to any non-related third parties.  IDo-Bridal.com does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose your name, email address, or any other information about you to any non-related third parties. Please review are Privacy Policy.

Product Availability/Backorders

Most products are in stock and available, so we rarely have back orders of any substantial amount of time. In the event of a backorder (orders not expected to ship within ten business days) you will be notified with an expected ship date. You may choose to cancel a backordered item; however, if you cancel a backorder that would normally ship within 30 days, any discounts which were applied to your order will be reversed (unless the discount was earned without the amount of the backordered item). If for some reason we cannot satisfy your order within 30 days, the discounts will be honored on the portion of the order fulfilled.

Personalization/Engraving
 

Allengraved or personalized items are not eligible for returns. If the item is damage than the item will be exchange for the same item..

Each product has specific personalization and engraving options stated in the item description. Please order your engraving carefully and complete the boxes exactly how you want the personalization and engraving to be, i.e. May 10, 2003 or 5-10-03. Complete information is provided for each item's description. Please be careful of items ordered with monograms. A monogram is  the first name initial, last name initial, and than middle name.  initial. ex. rTs (ron, Taylor, sam)

Mistakes and Errors on our site

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We are here to serve you. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and I Do-Bridal  reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, than we here at I Do-Bridal will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. Will I be charged Sales Tax?


We are required to collect sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Colorado. As current laws are written all purchases made out of the stat of Colorado are exempt from Colorado sate sales tax. Colorado sales tax will be 6.4% on all order shipped to an address in Colorado.
